Can I use the Virgin Gift Card outside the UK?
Virgin Gift Cards are only available in GBP and can only be used with companies within the UK. Bookings for holidays outside the UK can be made with one of the companies listed on our where to spend page.

What does the £4.99 delivery charge include?
The delivery charge is for the packaging and delivery of your order. This includes Recorded delivery and will require your signature, which means someone will need to be there to sign for and receive the order.
